Quick and Easy Bang Bang Shrimp Sandwiches
Potato Chips and Chilled GrapesIngredients
- ½ (14-oz) pkg frozen popcorn shrimp
- 2 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Sriracha hot sauce
- ½ Tbsp honey
- 2 sub rolls
- ½ (8-oz) pkg shredded lettuce
- ½ cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Bake or fry shrimp according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, stir together chili sauce, mayonnaise, Sriracha, and honey in a large bowl. Add shrimp; toss.
- Fill sub rolls with lettuce, cucumber, and shrimp mixture. Sprinkle with onions.
