Bacon Cheeseburger Pie

- ½ (14.1-oz) pkg refrigerated piecrusts
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (2.5-oz) pkg real bacon pieces
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Unroll piecrust, and fit in bottom and up sides of a lightly greased 9-inch pie plate; crimp edges, if desired. Prick bottom of crust all over with a fork; bake 7 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Stir in bacon, panko, ketchup, mustard, and steak seasoning; spoon mixture into partially-baked crust.
- Whisk together egg and milk in a bowl; stir in cheese. Dollop over beef mixture; spread evenly to edges of crust.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned. Cut into wedges to serve.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 romaine lettuce heart
- ¼ cup Ranch dressing
- 1 Roma tomato, diced
- ¼ cup French fried onions, coarsely crushed
Side Dish Instructions
- Cut lettuce in half lengthwise; arrange on 2 plates. Top with dressing, tomato, and fried onions.
