Corn Chip Pie Hot Dogs
Guacamole with Tortilla ChipsIngredients
- ½ lb ground beef
- 1 (8-oz) can tomato sauce
- ½ cup beef broth
- ½ (1.25-oz) envelope chili seasoning mix
- ½ (8-count) pkg all-beef hot dogs
- ½ (8-count) pkg hot dog buns, split and toasted
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup sour cream (optional)
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
- 1 cup crumbled corn chips (such as Fritos)
Instructions
- Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Stir in tomato sauce, broth, and seasoning mix; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat, and simmer until thickened.
- Meanwhile, cook desired amount of hot dogs according to package directions; place in buns. Top with desired amount of chili, cheese, sour cream, and cilantro (if using). Sprinkle with chips. Serve immediately.
