Ingredients
- 6 fresh plant-based burger patties
- 2 tsp garlic salt, divided
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 lemon
- 1 (5.3-oz) carton plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 6 tomato slices
Instructions
- Sprinkle plant-based patties with 1½ tsp garlic salt and pepper; cook in a large skillet according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, grate zest from lemon to equal 1 tsp; squeeze juice to equal 1 Tbsp.
- Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon zest, juice, cheese, and ½ tsp garlic salt.
- Top burgers with sliced tomato and yogurt sauce. Serve with a knife and fork.

- 1 (5-oz) pkg baby greens
- 1 (8-oz) ball fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into bite-size pieces
- ½ cup chopped cucumber
- 1 cup grape tomatoes
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
- Whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, and salt. Drizzle over salad, and toss.
