  • 1½ cups strawberries
  • 1¼ cups blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 large banana, sliced
  • 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1½ cups fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • 1½ cups 1% low-fat milk
  • ¼ cup ground flaxseed

Instructions

  1. Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pour into glasses.
