Mixed Berry-Banana Smoothies
Ingredients
- 1½ cups strawberries
- 1¼ cups blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 large banana, sliced
- 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1½ cups fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- 1½ cups 1% low-fat milk
- ¼ cup ground flaxseed
Instructions
- Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pour into glasses.
