Sticky Garlic Chicken
Sesame-Green Onion RiceIngredients
- ½ lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cubed
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- ⅛ tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until browned.
- Meanwhile, stir together honey, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, and red pepper. Add sauce to skillet, stirring to coat chicken. Reduce heat to medium, and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until chicken is done and sauce is thickened. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

- 1 (3.5-oz) pouch boil-in-bag brown rice
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- ⅛ tsp salt, divided
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions. Transfer hot cooked rice to a bowl; stir in oil, a dash of salt, and onion.
- Cook broccoli according to package directions. Sprinkle with a dash of salt.
