Sticky Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

  • ½ lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cubed
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • ⅛ tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until browned.
  2. Meanwhile, stir together honey, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, and red pepper. Add sauce to skillet, stirring to coat chicken. Reduce heat to medium, and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until chicken is done and sauce is thickened. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  • 1 (3.5-oz) pouch boil-in-bag brown rice
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • ⅛ tsp salt, divided
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions. Transfer hot cooked rice to a bowl; stir in oil, a dash of salt, and onion.
  2. Cook broccoli according to package directions. Sprinkle with a dash of salt.
