Turkey Burgers with Sun-Dried Tomato Aïoli
Brussels Sprouts Slaw with Crispy Prosciutto
Ingredients
- 1 (20-oz) pkg ground turkey
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- ¼ cup roasted garlic mayonnaise
- 1½ Tbsp sun-dried tomato pesto
- 4 slices tomato
- 4 slices red onion
- 2 cups baby arugula
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Mix together turkey and garlic salt; shape into 4 patties. Grill, covered, 5 minutes per side or until done.
- Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise and pesto.
- Divide arugula among 4 plates. Serve burgers, tomato slices, and onion slices on arugula. Dollop with mayonnaise mixture.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1½ oz sliced prosciutto
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 (12-oz) pkg shaved Brussels sprouts
Side Dish Instructions
- Place prosciutto in a single layer on a paper towel-lined plate. Cover with another layer of paper towels. Microwave at HIGH 1 to 2 minutes or until crisp. Crumble.
- Combine oil, lemon juice, mustard, and pepper in a large bowl. Add Brussels sprouts and prosciutto; toss.
