Open-Faced Turkey-Smoked Gouda Sandwich
Fresh Grapefruit SectionsIngredients

- 2 Tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise
- ½ lb deli-sliced low-sodium turkey breast
- 3 oz shredded smoked Gouda cheese (or use your favorite cheese)

- 1 cup arugula
Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Arrange muffins on a baking sheet, cut sides up. Spread mayonnaise over muffins. Divide turkey among muffins; top with cheese.
- Broil sandwiches 3 to 5 minutes. Top with apple, onion, and arugula.
