Sea Dog Sandwich
Corn on the Cob and Crunchy Green Bean FriesIngredients
- 8 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 (19-oz) pkg frozen breaded fish sticks
- 6 hot dog buns, toasted
- 1½ cups shredded colby-Jack cheese
- 1 (10-oz) pkg angel hair coleslaw (optional)
- ¾ cup tartar sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels.
- Meanwhile, bake fish sticks according to package directions.
- Sprinkle buns with half of bacon; top with crispy fish sticks, and cheese. Return to baking sheet; bake 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Top with coleslaw (if using). Drizzle with tartar sauce and sprinkle with remaining bacon before serving.

- 1 (6-count) pkg frozen mini corn on the cob
- 2 (10-oz) pkg frozen green bean fries
Side Dish Instructions
- Boil corn in water to cover 8 to 10 minutes or until tender; season to taste.
- Bake green bean fries according to package directions.
- Serve corn and green bean fries with sandwiches.
