Corn on the Cob and Crunchy Green Bean Fries

Ingredients

  • 8 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 (19-oz) pkg frozen breaded fish sticks 
  • 6 hot dog buns, toasted
  • 1½ cups shredded colby-Jack cheese
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg angel hair coleslaw (optional)
  • ¾ cup tartar sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels.
  2. Meanwhile, bake fish sticks according to package directions.
  3. Sprinkle buns with half of bacon; top with crispy fish sticks, and cheese. Return to baking sheet; bake 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  4. Top with coleslaw (if using). Drizzle with tartar sauce and sprinkle with remaining bacon before serving.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (6-count) pkg frozen mini corn on the cob
  • 2 (10-oz) pkg frozen green bean fries

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Boil corn in water to cover 8 to 10 minutes or until tender; season to taste.
  2. Bake green bean fries according to package directions.
  3. Serve corn and green bean fries with sandwiches.
