Grilled Salmon
Browned Butter-Pecan Green BeansIngredients
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
- ½ Tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 (5-oz) frozen salmon fillets, thawed and patted dry (or use other frozen fillets)
Instructions
- Whisk together lemon juice, garlic, oil, and Cajun seasoning. Pour over fillets in a small shallow dish; marinate in refrigerator 1 hour.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill fillets, covered, 4 to 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.

- ½ lb green beans, trimmed
- 3 Tbsp chopped pecans
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat; cook 2 minutes or until butter has a nutty fragrance and is browned. Add green beans; cook 2 minutes.
- Add nuts; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until beans are tender and nuts are toasted. Stir in salt and pepper.
