Pepper-Jack Potatoes and Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1½ tsp garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp taco seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1½ lb flank steak
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or a large grill pan over medium-high heat. Stir together garlic salt, seasoning mix, and oregano.
  2. Brush both sides of steak with oil, and sprinkle with spice mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill, covered, 8 to 10 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 10 minutes before thinly slicing across the grain into strips. Cut strips in half.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 (20-oz) pkg refrigerated diced potatoes with onions
  • 1 cup shredded pepper-Jack cheese
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • 1 Tbsp butter

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook potatoes according to package directions. Toss with cheese in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Cook broccoli according to package directions. Toss with butter in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
