Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 6 fresh or frozen cod fillets (1½ to 2 lb)
  • 1½ Tbsp lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Melt 2 Tbsp butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle fillets with lemon-pepper and salt.
  2. Place 3 fillets in skillet; cook 4 minutes, and flip carefully. Cook 3 minutes longer or until fish flakes with a fork. Remove from skillet. Repeat with 2 Tbsp butter and 3 fillets. Serve with lemon wedges.

  • 1 (32-oz) pkg refrigerated garlic mashed potatoes
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg trimmed green beans
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • ½ cup pecan pieces
  • 1½ Tbsp butter

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook potatoes according to package directions.
  2. Cook green beans according to package directions. Meanwhile, sauté garlic and nuts in butter in a large skillet over medium heat just until fragrant. Stir in green beans. Cook 1 to 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
