Skillet Lemon-Pepper Fish

Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 6 fresh or frozen cod fillets (1½ to 2 lb)
- 1½ Tbsp lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Melt 2 Tbsp butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle fillets with lemon-pepper and salt.
- Place 3 fillets in skillet; cook 4 minutes, and flip carefully. Cook 3 minutes longer or until fish flakes with a fork. Remove from skillet. Repeat with 2 Tbsp butter and 3 fillets. Serve with lemon wedges.

- 1 (32-oz) pkg refrigerated garlic mashed potatoes
- 1 (12-oz) pkg trimmed green beans
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- ½ cup pecan pieces
- 1½ Tbsp butter
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook potatoes according to package directions.
- Cook green beans according to package directions. Meanwhile, sauté garlic and nuts in butter in a large skillet over medium heat just until fragrant. Stir in green beans. Cook 1 to 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
