Ingredients
- 1 (14-oz) pkg frozen popcorn shrimp
- 1 (14.1-oz) 2-pack Artisan thin pizza crusts (or use 2-pack rectangular flatbread)
- 1½ to 2 cups pizza sauce (or use marinara sauce)
- 2 (8-oz) balls sliced fresh mozzarella cheese, halved
- ½ red onion, cut into very thin slivers
- 1 pint orange or yellow grape tomatoes
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 (1-oz) pkg fresh basil, torn or cut into slivers
Instructions
- Bake shrimp according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, top crusts with pizza sauce. Top with sliced mozzarella cheese. Add red onion. Sprinkle with tomatoes and crushed red pepper. Increase oven temperature to 450°F.
- Bake pizzas directly on oven rack 8 to 10 minutes. Top with shrimp and basil.
