Baked New Orleans "Barbecue" Shrimp

Ingredients
- 2 (12-oz) pkg frozen medium-size raw shrimp, thawed
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp hot sauce
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced (optional)
- 1 loaf French bread
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place shrimp in a 13- x 9-inch baking dish.
- Combine oil and next 6 ingredients. Pour over shrimp; toss well to combine.
- Bake 10 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Garnish with lemon slices, if desired. Serve with French bread.
