Banana French Toast Bake

Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread, cut into cubes
- ½ (8-oz) block cream cheese, cut into ½-inch cubes
- 3 bananas, sliced
- 6 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 4 cups milk
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Place half of bread in a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Top with cream cheese, bananas, and remaining bread.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, syrup, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Pour over bread mixture. Cover and chill at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes before baking.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Uncover and bake 1 hour or until center is set.
