Baked Beef Nachos
Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 2 (1.25-oz) envelope taco seasoning mix
- ¾ cup water
- 2 (15-oz) cans refried beans
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded colby-Jack cheese
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded lettuce
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 (10-oz) bag tortilla chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Add seasoning mix and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until mixture is thickened. Stir in beans.
- Spoon beef mixture into a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Top with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and green onions.
- Arrange chips on serving plates; spoon beef mixture over chips.
