Cheesy Italian Casserole
Chopped Caesar SaladIngredients
- ½ lb ground beef
- ½ (24-oz) jar pasta sauce
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- ⅓ cup sour cream
- 1 (4-count) can refrigerated crescent rolls
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Add pasta sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder; cook until thoroughly heated. Spread mixture in a lightly greased 8-inch baking dish.
- Stir together ½ cup mozzarella cheese and sour cream; spread over beef mixture.
- Roll crescent rolls according to package directions; arrange over cheese mixture and sprinkle with remaining ½ cup cheese.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
