Sausage and Tortellini Skillet

Ingredients

  • ½ (16-oz) pkg ground mild Italian sausage
  • 1 (9-oz) pkg refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • ½ (24-oz) jar pasta sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain, if needed, and return to skillet.
  2. Add tortellini, pasta sauce, broth, and garlic powder; bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, and simmer 5 to 6 minutes or until pasta is tender.
  3. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

  • ½ (12-oz) pkg green beans
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together beans, oil, and seasoning on a large rimmed baking sheet. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Bake 10 minutes or until tender.
  3. Increase oven temperature to broil. Broil 4 to 6 minutes or until greens beans are browned and crisp.
