Sausage and Tortellini Skillet
Crispy Green BeansIngredients
- ½ (16-oz) pkg ground mild Italian sausage
- 1 (9-oz) pkg refrigerated cheese tortellini
- ½ (24-oz) jar pasta sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain, if needed, and return to skillet.
- Add tortellini, pasta sauce, broth, and garlic powder; bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, and simmer 5 to 6 minutes or until pasta is tender.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

- ½ (12-oz) pkg green beans
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together beans, oil, and seasoning on a large rimmed baking sheet. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Bake 10 minutes or until tender.
- Increase oven temperature to broil. Broil 4 to 6 minutes or until greens beans are browned and crisp.
