Ingredients

  • ¼ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • ¼ tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 2 (2.6-oz) pouches low-sodium chunk light tuna in water
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • ⅓ cup seedless red grapes, halved
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 2 (1.5-oz) whole-wheat hamburger buns, split and toasted

Instructions

  1. Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, and pepper in a bowl. Add tuna, celery, and grapes; toss.
  2. Place ½ cup lettuce on bottoms of buns; top with tuna mixture. Cover with bun tops.

  • 6 oz frozen sweet potato fries (about 24 fries)
  • ¼ tsp dried crushed rosemary

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together fries and rosemary. Bake fries according to package directions.
