Tuna-and-Grape Salad Sandwiches
Rosemary Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients
- ¼ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- ¼ tsp lemon zest
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 (2.6-oz) pouches low-sodium chunk light tuna in water
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- ⅓ cup seedless red grapes, halved
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 (1.5-oz) whole-wheat hamburger buns, split and toasted
Instructions
- Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, and pepper in a bowl. Add tuna, celery, and grapes; toss.
- Place ½ cup lettuce on bottoms of buns; top with tuna mixture. Cover with bun tops.

- 6 oz frozen sweet potato fries (about 24 fries)
- ¼ tsp dried crushed rosemary
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together fries and rosemary. Bake fries according to package directions.
