Garlic Sauce Pork Chops
Walnut Green Beans
Ingredients
- 2 (4-oz) center cut pork chops
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp butter, divided
- ½ Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- ½ cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. Dredge chops in flour, shaking off excess.
- Heat 1 Tbsp butter and oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chops 3 to 4 minutes per side or until browned and done. Remove chops from skillet, and keep warm.
- Wipe skillet clean. Add 1 Tbsp butter and garlic to skillet over medium heat; cook 1 minute. Add heavy cream; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. Spoon sauce on pork chops.

- ⅓ cup chopped walnuts
- 1 (12-oz) pkg green beans, trimmed
- ¼ cup water
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Toast nuts in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant. Combine beans and water in a large skillet; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 3 minutes or until beans are tender. Uncover; cook 3 minutes or until water is evaporated.
- Add oil, salt, and pepper; toss. Sprinkle with nuts before serving.
