Hasselback Pepperoni Chicken
Green Beans and Garlic Bread
Ingredients
- 6 (6-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup miniature pepperoni
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 (24-oz) jar marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Pound chicken to an even thickness in a zip-top plastic bag using the heel of your hand or a meat mallet; season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Cut slits in top of each chicken breast at ½-inch intervals, cutting about three-fourths of the way through each breast. Stuff pepperoni and cheese in slits.
- Place chicken on a lightly greased foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve chicken with marinara sauce.

- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 (16-oz) loaf garlic bread
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook green beans according to package directions. Add butter; season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake bread according to package directions.
