Easy Chicken Club Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1 (25-oz) pkg frozen breaded chicken tenders
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing
  • 6 hamburger buns, split and toasted
  • 1 (2.5-oz) pkg fully cooked bacon
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Bake or fry chicken tenders according to package directions.
  2. Preheat broiler. Spread dressing over cut sides of bottom half of buns. Top dressing with chicken, bacon, and cheese.  Place on a baking sheet with bun tops, cut sides up, and broil until cheese is melted and top buns are toasted.
  3. Place top buns over cheese to make sandwiches.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (9-oz) pkg sweet potato chips
  • 1 lb seedless red grapes

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Serve chips and grapes with sandwiches.
