Ingredients
- ½ lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- ½ (8-oz) pkg snow peas
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- ⅓ cup orange sauce
Instructions
- Sprinkle shrimp with salt and pepper, if desired. Cook shrimp in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat 3 minutes. Remove shrimp, and keep warm.
- Add carrots, snow peas, and bell pepper to skillet; cook 5 minutes or until tender. Add sauce and shrimp; cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring to coat. Serve over rice.
