Bacon-Wrapped Crunchy Fish Fillets
Crunchy Apple Coleslaw and Baked Beans
Ingredients
- 18 slices bacon
- 18 frozen Parmesan-crusted fish fillets
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Wrap 1 slice bacon around each frozen fish fillet.
- Stir together brown sugar and paprika; sprinkle over bacon-wrapped fillets. Place on a lightly greased wire rack on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp.

- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
- 2 large Gala apples, cored and chopped
- 1 (28-oz) can baked beans

- Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, and honey in a large bowl. Add coleslaw and apples; toss and season with salt and pepper to taste.
