Garlic-Dill Baked Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved lengthwise
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¾ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange chicken on a large rimmed baking sheet. Combine oil, dill, and garlic; rub all over chicken. Sprinkle with salt.
  2. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is done.

  • 1½ lb red potatoes, halved
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill (or use thyme)
  • ½ tsp salt, divided
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 2 (12-oz) pkg green beans

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together potatoes, oil, dill, ¼ tsp salt, and pepper on a rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Bake 20 minutes or until potatoes are browned and tender, stirring after 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, cook beans according to package directions. Sprinkle with ¼ tsp salt.
