Tortilla Chips and GuacWine Recommendation

Ingredients
- 3 cups rotini pasta
- 1¼ lb ground beef
- 1 (1-oz) envelope taco seasoning mix
- 1 (16-oz) jar salsa
- 1 (10.5-oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups shredded Mexican-blend cheese
- Fresh parsley or cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
- Meanwhile, cook beef over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly. Drain and return to skillet. Stir in taco seasoning; cook 1 minute. Stir in salsa, soup, and 1 cup cheese. Stir in hot cooked pasta.
- Spoon into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with fresh herbs.

- 1 (11-oz) pkg tortilla chips
- 1 (8-oz) container guacamole
