Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon
- 6 (5-oz) salmon fillets, thawed
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 (18-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 cups chopped tomatoes
- 2 avocados, sliced
- ½ cup (or more) blue cheese dressing
Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp; crumble bacon.
- Season fish with salt and pepper on a greased broiler pan. Broil 9 to 11 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork; break into large chunks.
- Combine lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, and bacon. Divide among plates, and top with fish. Drizzle with dressing.
