Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon
  • 6 (5-oz) salmon fillets, thawed
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp pepper 
  • 1 (18-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
  • 2 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 2 avocados, sliced
  • ½ cup (or more) blue cheese dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler. Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp; crumble bacon.
  2. Season fish with salt and pepper on a greased broiler pan. Broil 9 to 11 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork; break into large chunks.
  3. Combine lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, and bacon. Divide among plates, and top with fish. Drizzle with dressing.
