Cheesy Bacon-Baked Chicken

Ingredients
- ¾ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 Tbsp barbecue seasoning
- 4 slices bacon
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut chicken in half crosswise and pound to an even thickness in a zip-top plastic bag using the heel of your hand or a meat mallet.
- Rub chicken with seasoning; wrap each piece of chicken with 2 slices bacon. Place chicken on a lightly greased wire rack on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is done and bacon is crisp. Sprinkle with cheese; bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
