Yoplait Light Vanilla Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • ⅓ cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 Tbsp light butter with canola oil
  • 4 French steak rolls, halved lengthwise
  • ½ cup freshly shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler. Combine chicken and barbecue sauce in a bowl. Spread butter over cut sides of roll halves.
  2. Arrange roll halves, cut sides up on a foil-lined baking sheet. Top roll bottoms with chicken mixture and cheese.
  3. Broil 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cover sandwiches with roll tops.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (10-oz) pkg angel hair coleslaw
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • ⅓ cup refrigerated yogurt Ranch dressing

Side Dish Instructions

  1.  Toss together all ingredients in a serving bowl.
