Cheddar-Barbecue Chicken Sandwiches

Yoplait Light Vanilla Yogurt
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- ⅓ cup barbecue sauce
- 2 Tbsp light butter with canola oil
- 4 French steak rolls, halved lengthwise
- ½ cup freshly shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Combine chicken and barbecue sauce in a bowl. Spread butter over cut sides of roll halves.
- Arrange roll halves, cut sides up on a foil-lined baking sheet. Top roll bottoms with chicken mixture and cheese.
- Broil 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cover sandwiches with roll tops.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (10-oz) pkg angel hair coleslaw
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
- ⅓ cup refrigerated yogurt Ranch dressing
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients in a serving bowl.
