Shrimp Piccata
Roasted Green Beans and Carrots
Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp
- 3 Tbsp capers
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Sauté garlic in hot oil in a large skillet 1 minute. Add shrimp, capers, and lemon juice; sauté 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. .
