Shrimp Scampi Deluxe
Salad and Crusty BreadIngredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen shrimp scampi
- 1 (9-oz) pkg refrigerated linguine
- 1 small lemon, halved
- Olive oil
- 1 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
- Crushed red pepper
Instructions
- Cook shrimp scampi according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook linguine according to package directions; drain.
- Toss hot cooked linguine with enough oil to coat in a large bowl. Squeeze with lots of lemon. Toss with cheese and parsley. Sprinkle with desired amount of crushed red pepper. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve shrimp over pasta.
