Ingredients
- 6 ground beef patties
- ¾ tsp salt, divided
- ½ tsp pepper
- 6 slices pepper-Jack cheese
- 6 hamburger buns
- 1 (9-oz) bottle creamy queso sauce
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- ½ red onion, sliced
- 2 avocados, sliced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Sprinkle patties with ½ tsp each salt and pepper. Grill, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
- Top each patty with 1 slice cheese; let stand 1 minute or until melted. Grill buns, cut sides down, 1 minute.
- Serve burgers on buns with queso sauce, tomatoes, onion, avocado, and cilantro.

- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 (10.8-oz) pkg frozen gold and white corn
- ½ (8-oz) block cream cheese, cut into pieces
Side Dish Instructions
- Melt butter and honey in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add corn; cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring often.
- Add cream cheese. Cook 3 to 5 minutes, stirring often. Season generously with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
