Chicken Pot Pie
Mixed Green Salad
Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen seasoning blend (diced onion, bell peppers and celery)
- 2½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 (10.5-oz) cans cream of chicken soup
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 (16.3-oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough
Instructions
- Combine vegetables and seasoning blend in a 5- to 7-quart slow cooker. Top with chicken.
- Whisk together soup, water, poultry seasoning, and garlic in a bowl; pour over chicken. Cover and cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours or until chicken is done.
- Bake biscuits according to package directions.
- Divide biscuits among plates; top with chicken mixture.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- ½ cup Italian dressing
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients just before serving.
