Buffalo Chicken and Waffle Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 (25-oz) pkg frozen breaded chicken nuggets
  • 1 (24-oz) pkg frozen waffle fries
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Bake chicken nuggets and fries according to package directions.
  2. Increase oven temperature to broil. Stir together melted butter and wing sauce; dip nuggets in mixture.
  3. Arrange fries on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet; top with coated nuggets, and sprinkle with cheese. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with onions, if using, and serve with Ranch dressing.

  • 5 carrots, sliced into sticks
  • 5 stalks celery, sliced into sticks
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing
