Pepperoni Pizza Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg spaghetti
  • 1 (5-oz) pkg miniature pepperoni
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups shredded white Cheddar cheese
  • 1½ cups milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain and place in a large bowl.
  2. Add pepperoni, cheeses, milk, eggs, salt, and pepper, stirring until combined.
  3. Spoon mixture into a well-greased 10-inch Bundt pan. Bake 30 to 45 minutes or until browned and bubbly. Let cool in pan 15 minutes. Invert pizza cake onto a serving platter and cut into wedges to serve.
