Pepperoni Pizza Cake
Caesar Salad and French Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg spaghetti
- 1 (5-oz) pkg miniature pepperoni
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups shredded white Cheddar cheese
- 1½ cups milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain and place in a large bowl.
- Add pepperoni, cheeses, milk, eggs, salt, and pepper, stirring until combined.
- Spoon mixture into a well-greased 10-inch Bundt pan. Bake 30 to 45 minutes or until browned and bubbly. Let cool in pan 15 minutes. Invert pizza cake onto a serving platter and cut into wedges to serve.
