Old El Paso Creamy Salsa Verde Sauce

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup instant brown rice
  • 2 burrito-size flour tortillas
  • ½ cup refried beans
  • ½ cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • ⅔ cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1 Roma tomato, chopped
  • ⅓ cup shredded Mexican-blend cheese
  • ¼ cup guacamole

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Heat tortillas according to package directions. Spread refried beans on warm tortillas. Top with rice, black beans, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and guacamole.
  3. Fold in both sides of each tortilla; roll up to completely enclose filling.
