Ingredients
- 1 cup multicolored cherry tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil, divided
- ½ (8-oz) block feta cheese
- ¼ cup white wine
- ½ (12-oz) pkg cheese tortellini
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine tomatoes, garlic, and 1 Tbsp oil in a small baking dish. Arrange cheese in center of dish; drizzle with remaining ½ Tbsp oil.
- Drizzle cheese and tomatoes with wine. Bake 30 minutes or until cheese is softened and tomatoes begin to burst.
- Meanwhile, cook tortellini according to package directions. Stir baked cheese and tomatoes until creamy. Toss tortellini and basil with cheese mixture.
