Middle Eastern Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

  • ½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
  • 2 tsp Za'atar seasoning
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 Greek-style flatbreads
  • ⅓ cup roasted red pepper hummus
  • ½ (8-oz) pkg shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced
  • ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Toss chicken with seasoning. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until done.
  2. Warm flatbread according to package directions. Serve chicken in warm flatbread with hummus, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
