Ingredients

  • 4 (6-oz) thick, boneless pork chops
  • 1½ Tbsp Ranch dressing mix
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle chops on both sides with dressing mix. Cook in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until browned and done.

  • 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch-thick slices
  • 1 red bell pepper, quartered
  • 1 lb zucchini, cut into ½-inch-thick slices
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp kosher salt

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to high heat. Toss together oil, onion, bell pepper, and zucchini in a large bowl; sprinkle with garlic powder and salt.
  2. Arrange vegetables in a single layer on grill. Grill, covered, 3 to 4 minutes per side or until crisp-tender.
