Sirloin Steak Salad
Ingredients
- 1½ lb boneless sirloin steak, trimmed
- 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 1 (10-oz) pkg spring mix
- 1 tomato, chopped
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- ½ cup red wine vinaigrette
Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Sprinkle steak with seasoning. Place steak on a lightly greased broiler pan.
- Broil 8 to 10 minutes or to desired doneness, turning once. Let stand 10 minutes before thinly slicing across the grain.
- Combine spring mix, tomato, onion, and bacon in a large bowl. Drizzle with dressing, and toss. Arrange salad on 4 plates; top with steak.
