Sirloin Steak Salad

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb boneless sirloin steak, trimmed
  • 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg spring mix
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • ½ cup red wine vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler. Sprinkle steak with seasoning. Place steak on a lightly greased broiler pan.
  2. Broil 8 to 10 minutes or to desired doneness, turning once. Let stand 10 minutes before thinly slicing across the grain.
  3. Combine spring mix, tomato, onion, and bacon in a large bowl. Drizzle with dressing, and toss. Arrange salad on 4 plates; top with steak.
