Ingredients

  • 1 (10-count) pkg frozen breaded fish fillets
  • 1 lime
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ tsp chili powder
  • 6 soft taco-size flour tortillas
  • ½ small head romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1 carrot, shredded

Instructions

  1. Bake fish according to package directions. Flake fish into bite-size pieces.
  2. Meanwhile, squeeze juice from lime; stir together lime juice, mayonnaise, and chili powder.
  3. Heat tortillas according to package directions. Divide fish among warm tortillas. Top with shredded lettuce and carrot. Drizzle with flavored mayonnaise.
