Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless pork chops, cubed
  • 1¼ cups sesame sauce
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 3 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • 3 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper, if desired. Cook pork in a large skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes or until done.
  2. Add sauce and honey to skillet; cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, turning to coat pork. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and onions.

  • 1 (20-oz) pkg frozen broccoli stir-fry
  • 2 Tbsp canola oil
  • 3 Tbsp minced garlic
  • ¼ tsp salt

  1. Cook vegetables in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until tender. Add garlic and salt; cook 3 minutes or until vegetables are lightly browned.
