Easy Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients

  • 6 (6-oz) salmon fillets
  • ¾ cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler. Place fish on a greased foil-lined baking sheet. Brush half of teriyaki sauce on fish.
  2. Broil 5 minutes; brush remaining teriyaki sauce on fish. Broil 5 minutes longer or until fish flakes with a fork. Sprinkle with onions and sesame seeds.

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg sugar snap peas
  • 2 (8.5-oz) pouches microwavable basmati rice
  • 1 Tbsp dark sesame oil
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook peas and rice according to package directions.
  2. Combine peas, oil, orange zest, ginger paste, salt, and pepper; toss.
