Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches
Celery and Apple Salad
Ingredients
- 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½ (12-oz) bottle Buffalo wing sauce
- 1 (1-oz) envelope Ranch dressing mix
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 6 hamburger buns, toasted
Instructions
- Place chicken in a 5- to 7-quart slow cooker. Pour wing sauce over chicken; sprinkle Ranch dressing mix over chicken.
- Cover and cook on LOW 6 hours or until chicken is done; shred chicken, and stir into sauce. Stir in butter until melted.
- Serve chicken mixture on buns.

- 1 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 sweet apples (such as Gala), chopped
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- ¾ cup olive oil vinaigrette
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl.
