Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ (12-oz) bottle Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 (1-oz) envelope Ranch dressing mix
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 6 hamburger buns, toasted

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in a 5- to 7-quart slow cooker. Pour wing sauce over chicken; sprinkle Ranch dressing mix over chicken.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW 6 hours or until chicken is done; shred chicken, and stir into sauce. Stir in butter until melted.
  3. Serve chicken mixture on buns.

  • 1 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
  • 2 sweet apples (such as Gala), chopped
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • ¾ cup olive oil vinaigrette

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl.
