Prosciutto Tortilla Pizzas

Ingredients
- 4 whole wheat soft taco-size flour tortillas
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ (8-oz) block mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
- 1 (4-oz) pkg thin slices prosciutto
- 2 cups baby arugula
- Lemon wedges (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Place tortillas on two baking sheets. Brush with oil and sprinkle with garlic; bake 5 minutes.
- Top tortillas with cheese; bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and tortillas are crisp.
- Arrange prosciutto and arugula over pizzas. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
