Grilled Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp ginger paste (see Note; or use ½ tsp ground ginger)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 6 (6-oz) salmon fillets
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish or zip-top plastic bag. Add fish; turn to coat. Chill 5 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place fish on a grill rack coated with oil. Grill, covered, 6 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork, turning once.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg pineapple chunks
- 1 (10-oz) pkg mango chunks
- 1 apple, chopped
- ¼ cup chopped fresh mint
- 2 tsp honey
- ½ tsp ginger paste (or use ½ tsp ground ginger)
Side Dish Instructions
- Combine pineapple, mango, apple, and mint in a large bowl.
- Microwave honey in a microwavable small bowl at HIGH 15 to 30 seconds or until it's easy to drizzle. Add ginger; stir well. Drizzle over fruit; toss.
