Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 (20-oz) pkg refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 1 (24-oz) jar roasted garlic pasta sauce
  • 1¾ cups water
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook beef, garlic, and Italian seasoning in a Dutch oven over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain, if needed, and return to skillet. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add tortellini, pasta sauce, and water; bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, and simmer 5 to 6 minutes or until pasta is tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste, if desired. Sprinkle with cheese.

  • 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
