Grouper with Lemon-Dijon Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 (6-oz) grouper fillets
- ¼ tsp Italian seasoning
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
- ½ shallot, minced
- 1 Tbsp capers
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- ¾ tsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place fish on a baking sheet; sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
- Meanwhile, stir together mayonnaise, shallot, capers, lemon juice, and mustard. Serve sauce with fish.
