Sweet Chili Shrimp Stir-Fry
Simple Cauli-RiceIngredients
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
- 3 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- ½ Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp
- 1 Tbsp canola oil
- ½ (20-oz) pkg frozen broccoli stir-fry
Instructions
- Whisk together chili sauce, soy sauce, and garlic in a bowl.
- Cook shrimp in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shrimp just turn pink; remove from skillet.
- Cook stir-fry mix according to package directions in skillet. Add chili sauce mixture, and cook until thoroughly heated. Stir in shrimp; cook 1 minute.

- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper

- Cook cauliflower according to package directions. Stir in salt and pepper.
