Cinnamon-Sugar French Toast
Cream Cheese GlazeIngredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup 2% reduced-fat milk
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 4 thick slices whole-grain bakery bread
- 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 (6-oz) pkg raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, and salt in a shallow bowl.
- Dip bread in egg mixture. Brown bread slices in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes per side; transfer to a baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until puffed.
- Meanwhile, combine sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl. Sprinkle French toast with sugar mixture. Serve topped with berries and Cream Cheese Glaze.
